‘Bhutan – The Best Place I Have Ever Visited’ A Travel Review by 7 year old Bookosmian from Kolkata
Hey everyone, your best friend Sara here! Welcome to my ‘Places with Sara‘ section
I can’t wait to pack my bags and head out. Until then lets read through these wonderful travel memories from kids. Let’s keep our wish lists ready!

On a cold Monday night, we went to the airport to go to Bhutan. After the flight landed, we took a bus to Paro.
It was a family trip; we hired a private bus and a tour guide to help us around the town. The scenery was very charming and pleasant to watch.
The hotel was very big, and there was a fountain outside my room’s balcony. There was a big garden in front of our hotel. The next day we went to the market place which was bustling with people.
We also visited the monastery and prayed. We wore traditional clothes and got our picture clicked which was such a nice memory.
One morning I woke up and I saw snowfall, I was very excited.
We also tried parachute flying, it was an amazing experience and I thanked my father for it.
The full place was covered with snow, it was looking like paradise.
Although Bhutan is one of the most expensive places in the world, one should still visit at least once.
The local people are always ready to help people from other cities. It is a very peaceful and calm place to visit.
