I am thankful to the universe,

For keeping me safe.

For the love of my family,

It feels like I’m in a golden safe.

 

There are so many people,

Giving a helping hand.

They are fighting the virus,

To protect our motherland.

 

I’m thankful to the sun,

For giving us light.

This large ball of fire,

Keeps our souls bright.

 

I’m thankful for the lessons,

We have all learnt.

It’s helping our planet,

To become a better world.

 

We have done mother nature a lot of harm,

She is trying to make this virus her lucky charm!
